  • Desired Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years development experience in C and C++
At least 5 years experience with developing under multitasking embedded environments
Experience with full SW development cycle from requirements to design, implantation, testing and support
Experience with developing FW for SOC – advantage
Familiarity with tools development in Windows environment – advantage
Familiarity with MATLAB and Python – advantage
B.Sc in Computer science or Computer Engineering from an established university

  • Job Summary
  • The system engineer will be responsible for end to end system performance and optimization and will take part of system architecture definition.
  • Lead PHY algorithm definition, implementation, integration and performance optimization
  • Responsible for system design cycle
  • Work closely with Algorithm, SW, HW and VLSI teams
  • End to end, hands-on system visibility and understanding of customer needs
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D, at least 2 years as a PHY system or Algo engineer
  • Theoretical understanding of communications theory, DSP principles and digital communication
  • Multi-disciplinary experience in: HW/RF/Algorithm/SW

Design ultra-high-speed analog and mixed signal circuits at advance process technology (16nm) around our world class DSP-based solutions to deliver ICs for high speed (100G, 400G) Data Center networks.

 

  • Desired Skills and Experience:

Experienced IC Analog design, mainly on high speed circuit (GHz) design
At least 10 years of applicable design experience
Strong foundation in physical layout to guide layout to meet rigorous demands of high speed operation
Strong communication systems and signal processing fundamentals
BSc in Electrical Engineering – a must; MSc/PhD – an advantage

  • Job Summary

Reports to the VP of sales and BD

This is a key position as it is responsible for technical support of strategic accounts in the data center and communications industry, from design-in to production, with a focus on the US territory. It provides hands-on technical support to customers in their decision making process and subsequent integration of MultiPhy devices. Serves as an interface between customers’ engineering/ engineering management and MultiPhy engineering organization to help drive adoption of existing products and definition of new product roadmap.

Provide on-site world-class hands-on technical support to our customers
Work with customers to take their design from concept to production with minimum risk
Work with the rest of the team in communicating problems, status, and coordinate customer issues resolution
Assist sales with detailed pre-win technical consultation
Contribute to the knowledge base with application notes, technical presentations, etc.
Host technical training with customers

  • Desired Skills and Experience:

In-depth technical expertise in optical communication systems, preferably in the data center
10 year experience as system designer at an OEM or data center, or as customer applications/ system engineering at a semiconductor or optical module provider
Experience as an CAE (or equivalent role)
Ability to understand and discuss system-level issues as well as chip-level issues
Customer-centric, with an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of functions within our customer base: engineering, senior engineering management, manufacturing, QA…
Good communication skills both oral and written: ability to prepare and deliver a presentation, summarize a situation/ action plan in a memo…
Cultural sensitivity: proven track record in interacting with diverse cultures in different regions of the world
Strong work ethic: customers come first and their issues must be solved as a matter of priorit
MSEE or equivalent preferable
