MultiPhy’s FlexPhy technology along with Sumitomo Electric’s STN41UX EML TOSA provide high throughput solutions for Data Center Connectivity
ECOC – Cannes, France – September 22, 2014 – MultiPhy Ltd, a global leader in DSP-based high bandwidth CMOS communications semiconductors for Data Center connectivity today announced a 100G single wavelength solution using MultiPhy’s FlexPhy technology combined with Sumitomo Electric’s STN41UX 25Gbps EML TOSA. The solution supports short reach Data Center 500-meter, 2-kilometer and 10-kilometer intra-connects.
The Data Center infrastructure market is growing rapidly and the market is demanding solutions to address the large increases in capacity demands.
